Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

When you fill out our booking form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, and the dive package you’re interested in. We do not ask for payment information on this site — you pay in person at the dive site on the day of your dive.

Our website uses standard hosting logs (like most websites) which record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which content is most useful.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To confirm your dive slot and communicate booking details with you over WhatsApp or phone.
• To answer questions you send us via WhatsApp or the booking form.
• To improve our services and website content.
• To comply with legal obligations where applicable.

3. Who We Share It With

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information only with the services we use to run the website and confirm bookings:

• Web3Forms — processes the booking form and forwards your details to our email inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you initiate a chat with us via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that conversation.
• Hostinger — our web host, which stores the website files and standard server logs.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Your browser may store minor technical items (like remembering that you’ve seen a page) but nothing is used to profile you or serve ads.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any information that is inaccurate.
• Delete your booking details from our records.

To make any of these requests, message us on WhatsApp or send an email to info@banbanjara.com.

6. Data Retention

We keep booking details only as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for records — typically no more than 12 months from the date of your dive, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

7. Children

Our services are open to divers aged 10 and older. Bookings for children under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, whose contact details we’ll use for confirmation.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
